Westville’s Tower Tavern Liquor License Transferred

Westville Borough Council has approved the person to person transfer of the liquor license for the Tower Tavern.

At its Special Meeting on August 28, 2017, Westville Borough Council approved the person to person transfer of the liquor license from Babalouie Enterprises for 32 River Drive — a//k/a the Tower Tavern — to BC Restaurant Enterprises LLC.

According to a Legal Notice that was published on August 14, 2017, William R. Reed and Joseph C. Pavone are each listed as 50% shareholders of BC Restaurant Enterprises, LLC.
