NJSP Arrest Bellmawr Woman for DWI & Drug Offenses

Stephanie Sorrentino, 29, of Bellmawr, was recently arrested by the NJSP for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and for possession of heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

On August 24, 2018, the New Jersey State Police announced that Stephanie Sorrentino, 29, of Bellmawr, was recently arrested for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and for possession of heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.

On Friday, August 10, at 9:42 a.m., Trooper Kyle Morley stopped Sorrentino for a traffic violation at interchange 4 on the New Jersey Turnpike in Mount Laurel Township. During the stop, Tpr. Morley determined that Sorrentino was under the influence and arrested her for DWI.


After further investigation, Tpr. Morley discovered that Sorrentino was in possession of heroin, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, hypodermic syringes, and drug paraphernalia. Sorrentino and the passenger, Gabrielle Noto, 29, also of Bellmawr, both had warrants for their arrest.

Sorrentino was charged with possession of heroin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of hypodermic needles, possession of paraphernalia, and DWI.

Sorrentino and Noto were lodged at Camden County Jail for the outstanding warrants.

All persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
