Boro of Runnemede $1.3M Bond Ordinance Considered For Final Passage June 27

The Boro of Runnemede published a Legal Notice for a Bond Ordinance totalling $1,337,000 for various capital improvements along with the acquisition of various equipment for the Public Works Dept. The Ordinance will be considered for final passage on June 27, 2017.

The Runnemede PD is asking the public's assistance in identifying the subject in this photo or locating his shirt. He also appears to be wearing his sunglasses at night and allegedly took items that didn't belong to him, including "We Support Police" signs.

Sewage Spill Causes Precautions at Big Timber Creek

On June 18, a CCMUA pump station adjacent to Big Timber Creek on Chews Landing Road lost power from PSE&G. The loss of power created a backup in the station and resulted in a spill of sanitary water into the Big Timber Creek.

Runnemede Man Faces Additional Burglary Charges

Brandon Laxton, of Runnemede, has been arrested again on charges of burglary and criminal and criminal intent. He was charged with similar crimes earlier this month.
