Bellmawr Gets New Design Firm as SR3 Engineers Branch Out

SR3 Engineers, a Bellmawr, N.J. based company, is excited to announce their move to new office space and the launch of their landscape design division. Their new headquarters is located at 100 Essex Avenue. The building has undergone a complete renovation and now includes many LEED recommended systems and construction methods.

Founded in 2009 by Sam Renauro, a LEED Certified licensed Professional Engineer and Planner, SR3 Engineers has grown to a 10 person firm. Landscape designer Lorri Lindsay graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Landscape Architecture and Journalism.

“Adding a landscape designer to our team was a natural progression,” said Renauro. “Lorri brings tremendous talent and enthusiasm to our team. We think both our residential and commercial clients are going to love her eco-friendly, low maintenance designs.”

“I wanted the office landscape to be attractive, but I also wanted to be able to show some underused and unfamiliar plant material. This landscape functions as an amenity, but it is also functions as a botanical garden for our clients. I think people are going to be excited about what we have to offer them.” said Lindsay.

Open House

SR3 Engineers is hosting an Open House event at 100 Essex Avenue in Bellmawr on November 15th from 4:00-7:00 pm. Catering will be provided by Scarpinato’s Cucina and Catering.

Home and business owners alike are welcome to come meet Sam and the team. Lorri will be on hand to talk all things plants.

SR3 Engineers is a boutique engineering firm specializing in challenging development problems. Past projects include the Bellmawr Waterfront Development, the Top Golf facility in Mount Laurel and many of Southern New Jersey’s convenience and retail stores. They have recently expanded their offerings to include residential and commercial landscape design.
