Application to Construct Three-Story Self-Storage Facility at the Pennant Site Approved

At their recent respective meetings, both the Brooklawn Planning/Zoning Board and the Bellmawr Zoning Board heard and approved the application of PV Asset Management, LLC to permit redevelopment of premises located at Block 126, Lots 7 and 10, 141 Kings Highway in Brooklawn (a/k/a/ “The Pennant”) for a three-story self-storage facility.

It is anticipated that demolition will begin February or March, 2020 and completed in approximately 12 months.

There were many conditions that will be outlined in the Resolutions, which are being prepared and finalized. We will provide an update once those Resolutions are received.
