The Camden County Department of Health and Human Services Division of Senior and Disabled Services ADRC and its Advisory Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Carol Norcross Senior Social Wellness Center, DiPiero Center 512 Lakeland Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012 concerning the implementation of the 2020 Area Plan on Aging for Camden County.
Information gathered during the public hearing will provide data and insight to Senior Services on senior issues most in need of advocacy and funding.
That information will be used in the development of the 2020 Camden County Area Plan.
This plan details service needs establishes priorities and outlines how Camden County plans to utilize federal Older American Act and state funding to accomplish established goals.
Anyone interested in senior issues may attend this public hearing.
Written testimony can be submitted at the hearing or can be mailed to the attention of Rose Candy, Planner of Senior and Disabled Services, DiPiero Center 512 Lakeland Road Blackwood, NJ 08012 by August 27, 2019.
